When the decision was made to create a Business Developement Center we knew we had the right person in Keith as he has been with North Bay Chrysler Ltd. for 5 years. He has proven to be a very important asset to the company because of his excellent customer service skills and well rounded knowledge in the automotive field. Keith's primary responsibilities are ensuring customer satisfaction by contacting 100% of our sales customers after their purchase and 100% of our service customers within 1-5 days after their service appointment has been completed. Keith also heads up our pre-booking service so our valued customers need not worry about remembering when their next service appointment is, they will be reminded 2 weeks before it arrives...just like the dentist office!!
